We'll continue to see last minute actions from Biden leading up to the inauguration. Trump may say he'll quickly change this action but he'll struggle to do so. Would have been nicer if Biden had prioritized this stuff earlier in his term - these things could have potentially impacted the election positively

You're underestimating the power of lobbyists and corporate interests. I don't think this would have gotten done if he didn't lose the election. Now it doesn't matter.

It's a sad statement on American politics if the only way people think they can get any change done is by losing. I feel like if they really wanted to get these things done, they would. Same with children constantly being shot up in schools. If people really cared enough to do something prevent it, they would.
