Who here has used or currently uses Jira (by Atlassian) and what do you have to say about it? POAP Inc uses it heavily and we are exploring alternatives.

I don’t mind it but I’ve seen it used in ways that reduces productivity, increase cognitive load, and frustration nearly all the time
