no i would argue we aren’t aging physically 

on the whole millennials are both pretty image and health obsessed; combined with explosion of tech on biohacking and beauty, most millennials I know are probably a decade younger than biological age and look the best they ever have.

Physically are aging much faster - mentally, we are still in mom and dads basement

it’s true, everything starts with consciousness. and the overall increase in access to high consciousness (a separate subject) has translated to physical outcomes that are keeping millennials actually young. 

consciousness is reflected by action!
