Peace removes the scapegoat, stripping corrupt leadership of its power

and then who holds the power? “the people?” a moderate democratic kumbaya, a pacified hamas that agreed to partial subjugation and part time terror? play it out, where’s the win

We’ve made peace with harsher enemies, from Egypt to Jordan, people our parents’ generation fought bloodier wars with. Now Jordan defends us and shares intelligence with us on some kumbaya shit. 

I have to believe the same is possible here eventually with different leadership on both sides.
