Yesterday I visited a wonderful restaurant where I tried a couple of old dishes. Stewed tender veal, soaked lingonberries and a pillow of millet porridge prepared in a special way with flour and egg. Lamb with buckwheat and hornbeam with pickled currants. For dessert there was moose milk with bizet. π
