Over the last 8 weeks, I stopped drinking booze and stopped eating chocolate every day. Eggs every day for breakfast and use fruits for snack time. Strength training 4x times a week. Don't actually need to be rigid with the diet, as long as you're consistent. Feel physically better than ever and dropped 4kg.
