thank you🫶 what also happens when a bounty expires and no payment is made, does the bounty poster just keep getting reminders until he/she pays up

The bounty poster gets a reminder upon expiration, bounty completers can follow up with the bounty poster if they still haven't heard back after a few days

The issue is there are plenty of expired bounties where the solution was not provided or possible so you can't penalize someone for posting a bounty where just didn't get resolved. We also will ban an account if they are consistently posting but not paying out legit responses

true, that makes sense. On the long run, do you think you’d consider users making some sort of entry that bountycaster can track for bounties, might not make much sense if the poster is asking for recommendations or just text based answers, but it could probably work for that and other stuff that requires submitting something
