How has no one let this company know Prospera is available and that they don't need to risk prosecution in Switzerland to run the death pod https://apnews.com/article/switzerland-suicide-capsule-people-detained-06d38d708d8b8b4b771bb2df047adfd0

Why arrest people when these people wanting it are people who are supposedly terminally ill.

"supposedly" The motivation behind the arrest is immaterial, why they are not linking up with existing charter cities to provide their "services" in countries that wouldn't interfere is my question

“Switzerland is among the only countries in the world where foreigners can travel to legally end their lives and has a number of organizations that are dedicated to helping people kill themselves” they spoke about the possibility of there being a legal loophole and i think they are so sure about this, them not doing it else where is possibly to challenge those laws with the loophole, probably for visibility too. All of these at the base feels more like a movement than a service so visibility somewhat helps. All of these are assumptions but there’s probably truth in them.
