Why arrest people when these people wanting it are people who are supposedly terminally ill.

The motivation behind the arrest is immaterial, why they are not linking up with existing charter cities to provide their "services" in countries that wouldn't interfere is my question

they spoke about the possibility of there being a legal loophole and i think they are so sure about this, them not doing it else where is possibly to challenge those laws with the loophole, probably for visibility too.

All of these at the base feels more like a movement than a service so visibility somewhat helps.
