I don’t really buy the “scene” thing tbh, or at least it’s not at odds with something being a meme Miladies are infinitely more memeable than something like Turbo for example

a scene has stronger cultural elements. not necessarily less memeable.

yeah I agree, but the chart positions it as a spectrum, which usually memes it’s mutually exclusive
