I see the new neighborhoods are sorted based on villagers not 🏆, is that intentional? 
Btw the hut and lumber camp prices are still based on 🏆! I guess you wanted to change that!

yes, that is intentional. Because as we have rewards, we don't want to put winners way higher then what their village is actually capable of. villagers is now the goal.
