I love how you thought many aspect of these changes, only thing that bothers me is 70% of team member being selected by the king for getting rewards, it is opposite of having a team spirit, should make it so the tax payers getting united against other castels not getting disappointed.
I suggest instead of that, select that 70% automatically and based in number of the successful raids each team members had in that period of time(4 days or whatever) since wining more raids bring in more tax for the castle.
Also getting reward based on bravery is more realistic as well.
