The balloonists reached a height of 915 meters and covered a distance of 9 kilometers in 25 minutes, and then landed safely in an open area near the road to Fontainebleau.
2. In the Aegean Sea, in the early morning of November 21, 1916, after hitting a German mine, the hospital ship Britannicus capsized and sank in 55 minutes. Thanks to an organized rescue effort, only 21 of the 1,136 wounded and crew members on deck died.
