Sometimes, I feel parents are too hard on themselves. They try so hard to make sure everything works perfectly. And frankly, it takes a toll on them. The thing is, we are all humans and we are bound to make mistakes. We are also trying to figure out the parenting strategies. So yes, don’t be too hard on yourself. Just relax and breathe. Don’t lose yourself! I know parenting can be challenging, but hey, get hold of yourself. You are not the only one trying to figure it out. If you feel the stress is too much, relax a bit. I feel what matters most is your dedication, consistency, and unconditional love.
