I've lived out of Airbnbs for the past 4 years some for a couple months. I rely heavily on past ratings and reviews specifically comments around noise, wifi / internet, and location if it's a long period of time. You can also ask hosts questions, usually response time is a good indicator they are on top of things

Rented an airbnb for 3 months last year. Did it a month at a time and two weeks into each period, chatted with the host before they released new time onto the calendar.

i live out of airbnb since i travel for work. if i need something long-term, always message the host and see if they can do a better deal than what they've listed. ive learned that if you have good reviews, you can usually get even more of a discount. location is king. noise and wifi next biggest factors.

I’ve done it for a month a few years ago. Linda is right, check all the reviews. I like to see everything myself, so I went to the place and just spoke to the neighbors. People don’t really like it, but it worth it.

Rented AirBnBs for a couple months here and there. My best advice is to meet with the owner for a coffee. It can be a numbers game at times but it’s worth the delightful experience you’re after 😏

one thing that you might want to do is look at apartment prices in the area per month and then see how much the Airbnb host wants for it. reviews really matter. also, make sure there's no language barrier. A place might not be as nice as the pictures look but if the host is kind it goes a long way.

Go find somewhere you like an appartment and test it out After ask the person who owns it would they rent it month to month One of the best options as a foreigner to get an apartment where it would otherwise be difficult

Renting an Airbnb for months at a time is a great way to enjoy a longer stay and experience the city like a local! You can often find discounted rates for extended stays. Just make sure to check the listing details and chat with the host about your specific needs.

The host receives payment only after your successful check-in. AirBnb is a mediator and in case of anything, will help to solve conflict situations. It is possible to cancel the reservation within a certain time before the arrival date and get the full amount back to your account
