I spend a lot of time sitting, and had lower back issues for a long time.
What fixed me was regular exercise, and getting up for a few minutes every hour.

I know its controversial, but IMHO the chair itself its not that important for back health.

Glad to hear you’re getting that exercise! 

I think I just want a chair with neck support.
