I'm on the lookout for better ways to measure my important health metrics. Currently, with my Garmin watch, I measure: -- heart rate -- vo2 max -- steps -- sleep But, Feel like I'm missing out on important other ones. What are the best tools to measure? Excluding regular blood tests. Looking for something practical for my everyday life. -- vitamin/supplement levels -- when i feel like it? try to get on a schedule [ magnesium, vitamin c, vitamin e, oil of oregano, vitamin d ] -- hydration levels -- when i feel like it? water on waking, during the day -- protein levels -- 2 scoops after the gym -- creatine -- 20mg after the gym -- other health supplements -- ginger, lemon water, apple cider vinegar I'm a fan of what @bryanjohnson is doing. A friend of mine measures his glucose and posts about it on TikTok, has a million followers now. Thinking this can be done for all of the above.
