Was sick for much of last week so didn’t exercise much but picked up a reading habit :)

I also didn’t work last week and it seems like I’ve tied meditation to “starting the day” 🧐

Interested to see what happens this week now that I’m back home and starting a new job!

Observations:

- I’m in a bit of a writing slump
- Feeling mentally exhausted (first week of new job) surprisingly drove me to spend energy working out
- I don’t seem to read unless I have a book I’m actively working on
