my biggest concern with people in tech who spend all day shouting on the internet is that many of them spend very little time talking to the people actually critical to society:

doctors, firefighters, police officers, construction workers, mechanics, farmers, chefs, baristas, mailmen, janitors, retail workers, etc.

i created a video call platform to encourage people to connect more

after a few years, there's still immense opportunity for it

however,

i think we've all been weathered to accept the accessibility of great content (and conversations) because the algo hits us with pristine dopamine on demand

the result becomes a focus on what do we want to talk about, with who, when and how -- stringing these together is difficult

back of envelope solution is:
creating content for others to async respond and promote events that maintain a ratio of roles to talk
