20 eth is minimum for the operator, no minimum for the staker. It's shows 2 stakers because the operator is defaulted as a staker (even if 0 stake) and I delegated from a cold wallet bc I didn't want 20 eth staked from the operator since it is necessarily a hot wallet. I did 22 instead of 20 just for fun I guess (and I didn't want to worry about conversion rates on the first one bc it's 20 eth worth of lost, and obv prices fluctuate).
