This week of vacation has been nothing but a nightmare. I had so many plans: time to escape, to breathe, to feel alive, but instead, my back decided to keep me trapped. Iโve spent most of the days at home, overwhelmed by the kind of pain that drains not just your body but your spirit too.
I feel defeated. Watching the days Iโd been looking forward to for so long just slip away, unable to do anything, has left me frustrated and angry. Thereโs no way to sugarcoat it, this week has been pure misery, and all I want is for the pain to stop. Right now, it just feels unbearable. 24 replies
