A fact that I learnt that surprised me 
This goes in relation to me starting the gym and learning new things

I recently found out  that treadmills were originally used as a form of punishment in prisons?! Like, can you imagine being forced to walk

I love interacting and making the world a better place innit

I think squatting and bench presses were punishments too😂
