- "auto unfollow if they don't cast for x months"
- "I can click to follow someone and set an expiry date (6 months) when they will be unfollowed"
- "suggest people to unfollow"

yeah just one idea, imagining there being a wide variety of tools available here to manage follow-bloat

This might be weird but I’m more interested in the opposite. Many smart people can’t stand the daily game of social media, so when they return to say something, it can be high signal.

The Farcaster v2 migration did some of this where a lot of inactive accounts got purged

I’ve seen insta have something similar with ‘least interacted with’, but have a conditional tool would be sweet

Yeah this is why Twitter has become so convoluted
