Should more people try to get involved with EF directly? If so, what kinds of people/involvement does EF need?

generally I think people over-weight the idea that "contributing to Ethereum" means you need to "be part of the EF". There is a lot (often more) people can do *outside* the EF than inside.

but of course teams do hire! job board here, tho not all teams list positions publicly
