this is cool, wondering if its a chicken or an egg scenario is there opportunity for players like DeRozan and Durant to dominate midrange since most shots are in the paint or 3's, or is the defense is just so cut throat in that range that they're stopping all scorers there?

Its more so that analytics got involved and found that 3pters and dunks are the most efficient shots so now its engrained in players to not take long twos cuz its the worst shot in basketball analytically speaking
