increasingly only have time to work out 2-3x week for 30-40 mins this is deadlifts, squats, bench, core, airbike if I had 10 more mins, what should i be doing?

Prob pull ups + some stretching/mobility mate If you are a lot of time in the computer and you don’t stretch in a few years you will regret it
