looking into a home staking setup, what's the current total bandwidth usage for a month? My internet provider will cap my speed when I'm over a certain threshold for the month.. 🤔

Have yet to see a whole month since Dencun went live, but before that it seems like 3ish tb/month

this is a lot less then other reported numbers.. (~3TB/mo) 🤔

My whole house for the past 30 days is 400 GB down and 140 GB up. Includes everything in the house, not just validator.

Yea I'm seeing reports of anywhere between 1.5 and 6 TB / month

You can reduce bandwidth somewhat by reducing the number of peers on both consensus and execution clients. But not too few or your attestations will suffer.  Best to plan for ~4TB/month.
