I joined Offchain Labs 1.5 years ago as Technical Recruiter, scaling Product, Research, Business Dev., Marketing, and Engineering teams.

Before that, at Binance.US, I led recruitment for Research, Business Dev., Marketing, Data & Analytics teams.

Finding an organization or project that can use your resources/knowledge and experience. There’s a lot of nontechnical problems business are trying to solve, from operations, HR, compliance or just simply they need an admin/project manager to help them organize the business. What industry are you coming from?

What advise do you have for someone new to web3 looking for roles? How can they make themselves hand out even with not a long track record in the tech industry?

No way! There’s still some traditional agency recruitment tactics that I like to use when sourcing but could never go back to a web2 startup, I love this space too much.

I got into web3 when I was working at an agency a lot of the candidates I was speaking to were working on core ETH development, hooked since then!

How did you get into web3? Would you ever go back to traditional recruitment?
