hey @mattrickard have really enjoyed your daily posts, have you written ab when you decided to go from occasional posts (seems like the first are every few days) to daily?

I wrote a bit about it in 60 days in. 

520 days in the main take aways are about the same: habit forming works for me, rote work can be deep work, start small, attach it to an existing habit.
