Had to vote NO on this one. I'm one of the biggest supporters for onchain regional diversity, but it has to generate results. 

I'm willing to support this team to help create meaningful results and position them for a future prop.

making their audience take action and leveraging on nouns amigos would be a good start. there is no need to catch the whole funnel on their own, but it depends on what their goals/strategy are which are not clear in this prop
