new on supercast: toggle priority mode for notifications

off by default — you can see everything on supercast

but once spam gets overwhelming, turn on the priority mode to see only notifications from people you follow, or with power badges

i don’t think i’d be turning it on, cause some notifications (real people) i don’t see on warpcast, i see them on supercast
