can someone explain $ANON and $anon ? lol to my understanding of the lineage, 1. $ANON was made via supercast by an anonymous user using clanker 2. clanker is blocked and $anon is made for supercast 3. then $ANON holders made $crank on @wow using @wowza (similar to clanker) so much happening here on fc again

someone made $ANON (@anontokenbase) anonymously with the old @superanon “?” pfp image to represent superanon on @super but @woj.eth (creator of supercast) didn’t want $ANON to be associated with supercast so he changed the superanon pfp to a dog and launched $anon with the dog image. supercast users didn’t like the dog or woj disassociating with $ANON, but even after a lot of backlash woj kept the dog and $anon. so some $ANON holders started their own projects around $ANON including the truly anonymous (zk proof posts) @anoncast by @slokh and anoncolors.com which is based on @basecolors by @jake
