When using Polygon CDK to build a chain, devs retain all fees generated. Don’t give up fees to use open source code. Who thinks startups should be paying revenue to use open source code? And with AggLayer all Polygon CDK chains retain sovereignty while their users benefit from all liquidity in the Pokygon ecosystem.

Still need to bridge to get into Polygon. But after, you will be able to move bwn chains w/o needing to bridge anymore. Also, when onboarding the first time, you can execute multiple transactions while you onboard. So you could bridge and buy DAI on one chain and use it to buy an NFT on another chain all in one trx.

Here it is: Polygon = Aggregated blockchains Aggregated blockchains = Unified liquidity and infinite scalability Unified liquidity = Polygon AggLayer Infinite Scalability = Polygon CDK Thus, Polygon = AggLayer + CDK

Keep in mind that aggregation day will be about so much more than aggregation. So please don’t get too excited about that part. AggLayer is still in the early stages but will improve massively with each version!

This results in the Polygon ecosystem growing tremendously and is consistent with Ethereum Foundation’s subtraction theory. Note that many games still choose to build on Polygon PoS, which is why there is still a huge gaming ecosystem there. Just a few examples of games building (most live already) on Polygon PoS:

People often misunderstand the approach we take to gaming developers in the Polygon ecosystem. We don’t look to hoard all the apps (gaming or otherwise) on Polygon PoS or Polyhon zkEVM. We share them across the ecosystem, which includes Immutable zkEVM. (Continued)
