Currently if you stake more DEGEN than is needed for a 10k allowance the excess allowance is still allocated to you. You are just not able to tip it so these DEGEN are lost.

A better way would be to distribute these excess $DEGEN to the stakers who have <10k allowances.

Since some over-stake Degen, part of the tip allowance pool becomes unavailable to everyone. Any ideas on a fair way to distribute those locked tip allowances to both over-stakers and other users? Someone staking a few million Degen should get some perks. We’d love to hear your thoughts!

ser why do you ignore Open Rank clearly?! Is there a compelling reason for this? You could have allocated a higher percentage to it and not increase the suspicion of decisive support for whales!
