2. Lack of reg. = excess risk-taking & unethical practices, e.g., 2008 crisis.

In his book "Our Revolution" from 2016, Bernie Sanders pointed out that the current financial system has many problems and injustices that need to be reformed to protect public interests and prevent financial risks and crises. Unfortunately, wise predictions are often ignored.
