absolute no-brainer in principle but i think 10k is far too little tbh. 

if you think this is a good level though how about something like lock 10k every month (unlocks after 3 months)

Although I believe 10k is a little amount, the majority wanted 10k in the vote. That's what @jacek took into consideration.
