I think what you said makes a lot of sense. this is the Matthew Effect. But if not this way, how else should it be ranked? By time?

If it is displayed by time, the earliest post will be ranked at the bottom, assuming there are 2K posts in half an hour, and voters will be tired of browsing all the posts, which will affect the motivation of voters to vote in the next round, unless robots are used to browse votes, but it will lose meaning. so in a limited time, there is no need to have too many posts, maybe 50 posts in half an hour, many people can easily browse and complete the vote. the interface becomes a sliding card form, posts appear randomly. limited posts, random arrangement, sliding card design, may make today's posts get a fair display, make voters easier to complete the vote.
