I've been struggling the last month or so to relax and find peace. I'm going to spend the next few days trying to be outside, maybe going on some hikes, touching grass, connecting with nature. Usually helps. What is your go-to for reconnecting with things outside of technology?

reminder that disconnecting can be boring and not everything needs to be a dopamine hit/a “fun” time doing nothing and just “being” is sometimes what you need to reconnect. put your phone in a drawer for the day and see how you feel by the end. also this quotes sometimes keeps me in check personally:

For me, it’s definitely being out in the woods, hiking. It’s a great way to reset and help put things in perspective.
