I've been a non-formal education trainer for 12 years, running workshops and educational programs for +30,000 children and young adults around the world, and I wanted to share the key things I've learned along my journey, what I believe is wrong with the current education system, and what you can do about it.

I love the idea of The Journey. But... I gues we are fortunate that the education system our kids are in is already addressing some of the issues you mention. Still, the project might be great for our son, who is already building his first business at 11 years old. Looking into it, now. Thanks @ferran for bringing this up.

That's great! Some schools are taking some good steps. I believe many of these bits can also be taught outside of school, for the ones who aren't that lucky. It's awesome to see an 11 y/o with that entrepreneurship mindset. Next level will be to hire friends to run the shows in a few years 😁
