We're seeing an issue where many upcoming props asking for USDC will fail to execute.

Due to an existing USDC debt at creation time, the ETH to USDC conversion tx that Camp automatically adds was quite high. Unfortunately, the DAO's current low liquidity (~258 ETH) will block those props, even if they pass.

The underlying issue is the liquidity shortage (someone can propose to unstake stETH to help mitigate going fwd) but if you have an upcoming prop you may want to edit it and remove the 'housekeeping' transactions as a short-term fix.

This way, if your prop passes, it will be able to execute and a debt will be registered that is paid as soon as money comes in.
