Question for my easily distracted kin: how smart are your watches? I sport a $10 Casio watch that does exactly as little as I need it to. Imagining an Apple Watch feels like a nightmare for me but maybe useful for others?

I just use one of the older fitbits so I can track all my health and fitness stats like steps, calories burned, heart rate, and sleep quality. I am not very sure of the accuracy but itβs at least consistent so gives me a good feel of where Iβm at and where I wanna be. Also it tells time lol.

I skipped over the first part of your cast and now I realize this is the opposite of what you probably want lol.

On the plus side, it does help with my fidgeting. I just look at the stats on my watch instead of fidgeting?

I actually have a Fitbit too which is as smart as it got for me. I used to track my sleep but I realized my sleep is pretty good so it was pointless. I wanted to track swimming workouts but I learned the hard way what waterproof really means. Lastly the iOS integration feels bad compared to Android, so I gave up!
