- no pfps on reddit is a feature not a bug
- farcaster could benefit from a face pic or no pic policy 
- Elon is the single choke point for X, without him there would be likely be no policy or technology stability
- startups are infinitely harder if you don’t love your customers

I love the last point, startups are harder if you don't love your customers and this is a serious problem in web3, most web3 founders look down on their core users and call them farmers, jeet, etc (starknet) that's why most crypto startups fail.

The two are narrowly separated, some farmers end up being loyal users due to UI/UX and sense of belonging.

I’d say the bigger reason is they confuse farmers for customers. In most cases they are not, they are purely exploiting earnings and leave the moment they can dump some. There is a major difference to real users who earn while using the product vs those using it purely to earn.

I absolutely adore the amazing community Phaver has but also hate with passion the hordes of fake accounts that come to ruin all things Web3 unless you play constant whack-a-mole. A key reason Warpcast has grown is that they manage to mostly hide those accounts even if sometimes that also hurts real users.
