If this man killed the United Healthcare CEO, he is a murderer.
However, how do staged perp walks continue to be tolerated by the courts. It appears that the government is clearly violating the due process rights of the defendant. It also appears to be something mostly reserved for ordinary civilians and not current or former government employees accused of crimes.

I might have strong tin foil hat, but I don’t think this is the actual dude. The real one got away and this is all a show.
