what do you think about introducing auto-ephemerality on warpcast @dwr.eth? big problem with social media is the permanence that leads to gigantic privacy breaches later on, obviously people can index their own but good to have localized privacy

1. Easy enough for a client to offer that functionality 2. Even better it could just be a cloud service with minimal UI independent from a client 3. The protocol level feature is about keeping storage requirements reasonable for Hubs
