it formed, funded & retained the initial community—those who still make up most of fc today

$Degen’s effect on Farcaster has been wild, @itsbasil does a good job of laying it out, it’s kind of astonishing when you read it all. 

Also, one thing that gets overlooked is the Tip o’ the Hat initiative that at its peak redistributed 7 figures into the hands of quality posters, artists, developers, people who had been hacked, and charities; including one that facilitated safe passage for Palestinian refugees. 🎩

define certain creative /channels where people are producing creative works like /degen-art. places outside of this channel. 

'the crowd' can tip the 🎩 Agent and the Agent somehow uses those tips each day it gets to distro the next day.
