If you're an artist with a steady stream of output looking to build a collector base you should look in to starting a hypersub. Like patreon but better with som really cool web3 only features. hypersub.xyz

How does the monthly subscription work on a technical level? Is it prepaid? Does it require smart contract wallets? How does it ensure subscribers pay every month?

Got it. I'm somewhat frustrated with the constant push to subscriptions for everything these days, so I like prepaid or fixed-term from a subscriber perspective. Though in the long run having ongoing monthly payments via smart contract wallets as an option will be good also.
