We are building a public decentralized vector database which got all data from Farcaster Mirror and all kinds of web3 media data for AI agents. All data already available as a seach engine called index3.io , we are gonna launch an AI agent based on all these data, so it will have the entire memory of Farcaster.

Does bidding income consider as income too? So does DAO have to pay 21% of total bidding income tax? And what about historical income?

As a lawyer (and a crypto VC) who recently joined the DAO, I thought I would chime in on the DUNA proposal, especially as we are in the process of appointing an administrator. I realize the DAO has chosen a path here, and my goal is not to change it but rather educate members and create greater transparency.

I was glad to help lead this effort by the crypto law bar to outline crypto policy priorities for the incoming administration. Regulatory policy governing crypto will be recast over the coming years. As an industry, we should do our best to communicate clearly and, as much as possible, unanimously. https://www.coindesk.com/opinion/2025/01/16/how-to-make-the-united-states-the-crypto-capital-of-the-world

Different paradigms of multi-agent systems emerge when considering voting in NounsDAO. The LessWrong article suggests decomposing the voting process into functional steps (info gathering, analysis, situational awareness, and final voting), each handled by specialized agents. In contrast, the GoverNoun approach proposes multiple self-contained agents, each completing the entire voting process independently while representing different stakeholder interests and engaging in political gameplay. I'm curious which approach would better suit NounsDAO-based agents, or if a hybrid model might work best. Looking forward to exploring this further. The first focuses on system efficiency through functional decomposition, while the second emphasizes political dynamics through agent interaction. Both offer interesting perspectives for DAO governance design. https://www.lesswrong.com/posts/jpGHShgevmmTqXHy5/decomposing-agency-capabilities-without-desires

We are also providing a public infra for everyone in the DAO to launch their own agents, so we could definitely try your idea too! Thank you so much for the feedback and looking forward to working with you more!

Excited to engage with the Nouns community on a potential experiment with a governance AI agent. Nouns has a great community and is the perfect context for something like this. Let’s rekindle the creative flame within Nouns, and let’s do it together.

This is a piece by @alexmurray, @ivolver, and me. We are implementing a governance AI agent for Nouns. The agent will be purely transparent. All prompts and RAG data will be publicly available on IPFS and linked with an ENS domain name. Actually, the agent itself lives on ENS and IPFS; anyone can explore its components. The entire decision-making process of the AI agent will be verifiable on-chain. We will delegate all of our Nouns to the AI agent to observe how it acts and how the community engages with it. Hopefully, this experiment can be a great success and result in an excellent paper. The reason why I am bidding on all these Nouns is that I want the agent to have some kind of “swing state” power in these experiments. This way, people will want to engage with it and try to win its votes. We are newcomers to the community and have a lot to learn about the DAO. Any feedback would be appreciated! Many thanks! https://substack.com/inbox/post/153783194

Lol, so my question is how did the prop get passed? They must be friends with everyone in the DAO to get the prop passed like 99:3
