how do you fast without losing weight or calories? I really want to do the whole 1 (or 2) meals per day, but it feels like it might have negative repercussions. how to fix?

Honestly a $10 scale and scanning barcodes is the only way it’s worked for me. That, and assuming that I’m not going to get 100% so shooting for 90% accuracy. It becomes like a game and I especially like being able to budget calories ahead of time to have a snack if I want.

And by scale I mean a food scale. That’s the secret to all of this. What you think is a serving usually isn’t.
