you could theoretically use proto-danksharding (eip-4844) to mint photos that are temporarily stored onchain. also, not to flex or anything but this is a @gabrielhaines exclusive.

yeah and no. If someone then goes an archives all of it to say arweave then it's not temporary. Thats the main "issue" with fully public stuff it can be archived -> never goes away like some tweets are deleted, but the screenshots are still available on the web
