Idea for design everyday @0xdesigner. A NounsDAO x MetaDAO crossover. 
MetaDAO are making Futarchy (the ability to bet on the outcome of gov. proposals) a reality, and maybe a service. 

Example: NounsDAO had a bet for a controversial governance proposal eg a proposal to increase the amount of Nouns made per day to 5

Changed the scenario to NounsDAO buying the rights to CryptoPunks copyright. 

Betters of Pass would be betting that the floor price of CryptoPunks increases. Fail, decreases. 

If it passed, betters of pass would receive a discounted token...oh man this is complicated...
