I’m sure a cumbersome way to address it is with account abstraction. Your public address acts as a first layer and any tokens not on a public verified list get quarantined. You’d prob have to go unfreeze them from a dashboard. Verified tokens get forward on to your working wallet where you keep your stuff.

You mean as in receiving scam tokens? I don't think you can prevent peeps from sending them to you but having them no long show in our wallet would be nice
